Authorization
Your order is accepted for processing after payment has been successfully authorized.
Encrypted Checkout
Checkout information is transmitted through security controls provided by Shopify and applicable payment providers.
Limited Access
Caldervio™ does not receive your full payment-card number or card security code.
Fraud Review
An order may be delayed, declined or cancelled when verification is required or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Payment methods and billing
Accepted methods
The checkout page shows the payment methods currently available for your order. Availability may change and is controlled by Shopify checkout and enabled payment providers.
Currency
Prices are displayed in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. Your card issuer may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees, which are not controlled by Caldervio™.
Billing information
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. A transaction may fail if the details do not match the information held by the payment provider.
Order and payment support
Pending or duplicate-looking charges
A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. Contact your payment provider for posting details. If you believe you were charged more than once, contact us with the order number and transaction date, but do not send full card details.
Refund route
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Caldervio™ normally completes refund processing within 5–10 business days after approval; financial institutions may require additional posting time.
Safe communication
Caldervio™ will not ask you to send a password, full payment-card number or card security code by email or telephone.
No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures and rely on Shopify and payment providers for checkout processing.
