Terms and Conditions
These terms govern purchases, orders, pricing, delivery, returns and related transactions made through caldervio.com.
If you do not agree, do not submit an order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally capable of entering a binding purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You are responsible for activity carried out using your account or checkout details.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect color appearance. Measurements may have normal manufacturing tolerances. Product descriptions, availability and packaging can be updated without notice.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other amounts are shown at checkout where required. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled with payment returned.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean final acceptance. We may verify payment and order details. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock error, payment failure, legal restrictions or an obvious listing error.
Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before processing. Available methods are shown through Shopify checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout.
Processing and shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.
Title, risk and delivery
Risk transfers as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement. You are responsible for providing a secure, accurate delivery location and reviewing tracking information.
Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy. After inspection and approval, refund processing normally takes 5–10 business days; payment-provider posting time may be additional.
Promotions
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may have separate terms, dates, eligibility rules and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
Intellectual property
Caldervio™ branding, product presentation, text, graphics, photographs and website materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from a purchase. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural events, severe weather, labor disruption, government action, supply interruption or network failure.
Governing rules and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern in good faith.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms for future transactions. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The version in effect when your order is placed governs that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
